i know you don’t like it, but still: please read this before ordering (yo, it really helps!!)

language for the shop menu: click the flags on the bottom of the menu on the left. the british one (2nd from left) is for english.

select your currency: USD (= us$ dollars) if you live in the united states or elsewhere outside europe. choose EUR (euros / €) in you live in europe. CHF (swiss francs) is only applicable if you live in switzerland or liechtenstein. you can change the currency at any time.

shipping is according to weight and shipping class (there is priority or economy). you will see it in the shopping cart.
economy mail takes about 2 to 3 weeks (europe) or 3 to 8 weeks (outside europe)!!!!
priority mail takes about (1 to 2 weeks (europe) or 2 to 4 weeks (outside europe).
mail to the united states takes usually longer for reasons unknown.

we recommend registered shipping (see below).

there is a 2% fee share for paypal payments. please make sure you choose your country correctly in the check-out.

if you have preferred numbers or letters (2 to 3 digits) for the tracking numbers of your coins, please mention them in the checkout. if they are, by chance, available, you will get them. no guarantee though.

if you make an immediate payment, you don't need to mention your phone number at the checkout (just fill in some zeros).

please also note: some coins might already be sold out at the time you order them. in that case, we will refund paid items accordingly.

very recommended. this way arrival is guaranteed. you will have to sign upon receipt, and the goods are insured and trackable.

this option is very recommended, especially for the usa and the uk (envelopes have gone lost in the past, and regular mail is not trackable).

be very careful when attaching the ring that the surface of the coin does not get scratched! it is recommended you put duct tape around the hole (both sides) and remove it only after attaching the ring.
